The New Moon itself is placed in a rather epicurean sector of Purva Phalguni nakshatra (lunar mansion). It is very strongly rooted in Leo sign. Mercury will move on to exalted Virgo sign and aspected by Rahu (North Node of the Moon) to move things along with practical logic and details. Most part of August will have all the benefics in Leo. The square from the Uranus retrograde on September 15 at Taurus 15:42 would further quicken the pace of the celebration in Leo.
At the same time, there is a wrestling of clashes between Saturn in Aries and Mars in Libra opposing each other tightly. Saturn and Mars will oppose each other exactly on August 28 at around 3 degrees mark where Mars will further highlight Aries 3 degrees even more forcefully.
