The new moon occurs on July 20 in the sign of Cancer, in the nakshatra (lunar mansion) of Pushya at Cancer 4:18. It is opposed by retrograding Saturn in Capricorn. Jupiter has retrograded back into Sagittarius for a revisit. Mercury is going direct on July 12 in Gemini.

Pushya is one of the most auspicious nakshatra especially for spiritual growth and nourishment for the soul. It is ruled by the deity Brihaspati, the lord of scared speech and prayers who is also the teacher of the gods. It symbolizes a lotus or a cow’s udder. Through spiritual creation and nourishment, a prosperous life is granted with hard work and discipline. With faith and devotion, success and prosperity are given through a blossoming way.

Through the connection with a strong Jupiter and Saturn this month, security and prosperity will be granted with the right attitude and approach. It is a month of slow nurturing development through discipline and hard work towards your goal. Any communications and travel matters are finally smoothened out from July 12 onwards.

It is a great month overall even though there is some touchup that you have to finish off over what has happened in the past year. After you are done with all the work, you deserve a vacation. If you can get away, this is a good month for any kind of traveling. You are feeling boosted up and have the energy to take on anything.

Gemini

After a yearlong of personal development and life-changing events that also affected your spouse, this is a month to patch up with your personal relationships, especially with your spouse. Family gathering is a great excuse or opportunity to build on family ties of all sorts.

Cancer

You have the opportunity to rebuild yourself this month. Get a new stylish haircut, rearrange your desk and cubicles, and mow the lawn. Anything that pleases you and your environment, make a do over. Keep your health up for the long path ahead and your efforts will be blessed.

Leo

Have you been treating your body well? Your body needs nourishment and real whole foods instead of fast food and french fries. Stay behind doors and think of something creative to inspire your life further with goals that you have set at the earlier part of the year. Results will show later on.

Virgo

Libra

Scorpio

Traveling is on the cards and it will be very nourishing to you. You might want to organize a short family outing as well. You have neglected the family for the past year and it is time to make up for it. Any big changes that come into your life takes your attention away but you have to deal with them first for they are here to stay. Be aware of what is happening

Sagittarius

You might not like anything sudden or chronic happening to you this month but they are not serious. You retract from family and financial issues and refocus on your life. Make a last check on how your life is progressing in your perspective. If you don’t like it, here’s your last chance to change it.

Capricorn

Your entire life is about to change for the better. As you are not sure what it is that is changing or requires you to make the initiative to change, you retract back into your own space to think about it. You still have time to plan your moves but the real action is expected from you soon.

Aquarius

You need seclusion to improve on yourself but this month you also need to add one more item to your list of self-improvement, your health. You do have to work hard but don’t ignore the smart health tips that come in handy. You finished up what you have achieved for the past year and take a last look into it.

Pisces

It is still not a time for any serious changes in your career yet and you can enjoy your comforts at home. Any new property that you have bought will be nicely furnished now. You take a last look at what you have achieved in your career for the past year and think about how to proceed in the future.
