As there is a solar eclipse on February 15, this month’s prediction is split into 2 portions.
First Half (Jan 16 – Feb 14)
The new moon occurred on January 16 and it falls in Capricorn sign, in the nakshatra (lunar mansion) of Uttara Ashadha at Capricorn 02:48. This new moon is conjunct Ketu (South Node of the Moon) and Venus but it is not yet a solar eclipse. The biggie solar eclipse is going to take place in February. This new moon is just a preview of what is to come.
Uttara Ashadha is the nakshatra that represents complete victory. Being ruled by the Vishvadevas or the Universal Gods, their power is to grant you victory depending on what your goal is. Early success is not to be expected. Just like Vishakha nakshatra, success comes later in life. In the sign of Capricorn, if you put in the effort slow and steady and persevere to the end, success comes with patience. If the cause of your goal is just and idealistic for humanitarian, you have the support of the universal gods.
This new moon conjunction with Venus and Ketu means that an old flame could come back from the past depending on the situation. What their agenda is and what the universe has for you remains to be seen. Some old relationship from past or someone you knew from the past just suddenly pops up. Venus is tied up tightly with the new moon in the same nakshatra and it is a little combust. Stand firmly on your ground to accept the connection but hold your position steadily. The intention will be revealed to you clearer as Venus is leaving further away from the Sun as the days pass by.
Second Half (Feb 15 onwards)
This is the solar eclipse occurring on February 15 and it falls in the sign of Aquarius, in the nakshatra of Dhanishtha at Aquarius 03:01. As this is not a full eclipse and Ketu is not in the same house as the new moon, this eclipse is not as stressful as others. The partial eclipse will also conjunct the benefics Venus and Mercury bringing in new joyous energy into the mixture. The dispositing planets revolves around Jupiter, Saturn, and Venus in a sextile and trine position. Enjoy a gentle eclipse around this Valentine’s Day with ease.
Any actions taken this month will be accomplished with a purpose. Dhanishtha represents a drum. The vibrational sound of dhanishtha drum shall set forward the pace and put your plans into actions. Humanitarian actions give abundance granted by the eight Vasus, the deity of Dhanishtha. The drum shall once again sound the universal sound of compassion to all mankind.

After Feb 15, great peace shall come upon you. Mind your health a little and all’s well. Children’s behaviour is back to normal. Even your partner is still enchanted after Valentine’s day.
Cancer
This is the month your relationship is dipping further down the hole. Whatever you do just does not make the cut. This will continue for a while but hang in there. The connection will be back on in 1-2 month’s time. The issues will be distracting for a while now.
After Feb 15, you might feel even more emotional after Valentine’s day. Don’t worry even if you have to spend the day alone. Try to use this day to uplift yourself and get back to your original state of being.
Leo
Work is starting to get you down and you feel all worn out from all the work left in the office. Work can never be finished. Take care of your health first. After Feb 15, forget all that has happened. You have serious enemies coming. Is there a strong competitor in the workplace that has been stabbing you? Or is your health deteriorating suddenly? Keep your head up and be aware of what is happening.
Libra
You have been neglecting your home due to all the work in the office. This is the month to pay attention to tend to home matters. Scorpio
